A super easy drinking westie with lots of caramel and resinous notes. We used a mix of cara and crystal malts for the base and then smothered it with Mosiac and Ekuanot cryo hops. Enough bitterness to let you know its there but balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the crystal malts.
