What the work looks like

You’ll be running the NBHD bar at pop-up markets and working alongside us at beer festivals — pouring pints, talking to people about what’s in the glass, and generally being the type of person who makes the experience a good one.

You’ll be representing the brewery, so enthusiasm for what we do matters more than a polished CV.

Events vary — some are a short drive away, others a bit further afield. We’ll always give you as much notice as we can.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in craft beer 

• 18+ 

• Access to transport — some events are outside Greater Manchester and Cheshire, so being able to get yourself there matters - any further afield trips, transport will be arranged!

• Reliable — when we confirm you for an event, we’re counting on you

• Good with people — markets and festivals are busy, social environments.

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential. We’ll make sure you know what’s what before you’re behind the bar.

Pay & expenses

• Pay is £13 per hour

• Travel expenses are covered for events outside Greater Manchester and Cheshire — we’ll sort pre-paid train tickets so nothing comes out of your pocket
