A favourite style over here at the brewery, we took a best ale base and added some rye malt to bring the colour up to a wonderful orange, red and fill the beer with slight spicyness that comes through as hints of gingerbread. We used Chinook and Cryo Amarillo to offer citrus fruits on the nose and flavours of fresh orange.
